Spring Cooking Classes – 2017

Join us to learn how food and our eating habits in our daily lives have a great impact on our health.   Our classes are simple, easy and fun and it does also include lots of hands on learning.

April 14th – April 28          

    Every Saturday    10:30 am – 12:00 noon

or $25 each class 

Join our classes and learn to live an Ayurvedic simple style of living. Our session includes a free cook book with the recopies included in that particular session. Spice booklet where each spice is described as its properties. Cooking session and meal are included in the classes.
