According to Ayurveda any big beans are very difficult to digest and thus we came up with this new recipe of wraps with Green lentils and french lentils.
The wraps are made up of sprouted whole wheat. You can also substitute them with Sprouted different kinds of grain wraps or whole wheat wraps or even some gluten free flour(Amaranth, Quinoa, buckwheat flour) wraps.
Filling is made up of Green lentil, French Lentils and Rice. Herbs added to give the flavor and to help digest these delicious wraps are fennel, turmeric, Cumin and chippotle Peppers and salt.
Additional fillings are sour cream, guacamole (Avacados, asofedita, salt and lime juice), finely chopped iceberg lettuce, finely chopped green thai chillies(optional) and cheese (fresh mozzarella is best but you can also use other kinds).

Vegan Cream of Brocolli
Vegan cream of Brocolli soup is very nourishig and delicious. You can make milk version by adding milk or cream to it. For vegan version you can make your own almond cream or milk to add. Almonds are very rich in protein and good for human brain. Recipies are coming g soon.
Tridoship Mung Bean Soup
In Ayurveda Mung beans are considered very important ingedeint of our daily diet. Mung beans are little astringent in its taste. It is a good protein source and nourishes our digestive system. This soup is detoxifying and thus helps us remove (toxin) from our body. While removing toxins it can also remove parasites from our digestive system which are sitting in since long. Although it is detoxifying but it is a gentle cleanser. Mung beans also balances all the doshas and sub doshas.
Green Peas Kachoris are very delicious when eaten with a Tamarind chutney. It has protein and the spices used in it is very pacifying for people with vata constitution.
